Terms and Conditions

1. The service

KethSavi - Biyagama lets residents of the Biyagama area request community resources through their council member, check when a resource is free, and follow the progress of a request.

2. Who makes a request

Requests are submitted by council members (or by the office) on behalf of residents. Residents who need a resource should contact their council member.

3. Availability and confirmation

The calendar is a guide. A booking is final only when the office has verified the payment and confirmed the request. The office may reject or cancel a request and will give a reason. Dates may need to change if a resource is unavailable, for example because of repairs, weather or safety; the office will contact you in that case.

4. Prices and payment

The price is calculated when the request is made and does not change for that request. The deposit must be paid to the bank account shown, and the receipt uploaded, within 24 hours. A request without a receipt in time expires automatically and its dates are released. The office may ask for a new receipt if the one uploaded is not acceptable.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and any refund of a deposit are decided by the office under its rules. The reason for a cancellation or rejection is shown on the request.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information.
• Make sure the work site can be reached safely and follow the instructions of the operator.
• Do not misuse the service or try to see information you are not allowed to see.
• Keep your password secret. The office may disable an account that is misused.

7. Limits of responsibility

The service is provided as it is. The office is not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
